


The season ended for the Gainesville Lady Leopards volleyball team Tuesday night in Sanger, but they didn't go down without a fight.
After getting swept in their regular season finale at Krum Tuesday, the Gainesville Lady Leopards knew they needed some positive momentum heading into the Class 3A playoffs.
They got it Saturday night.
The Gainesville Lady Leopards saw their regular season end in disappointing fashion Tuesday as they fell to the Krum Lady Bobcats 13-25, 20-25, 20-25 in Krum.
The Gainesville Lady Leopards are playoff bound. An exciting five-set victory over the Sanger Lady Indians Friday helped the Lady Leopards punch their ticket to the postseason with one more regular season game to go.
The Gainesville Lady Leopards hung tough with the No. 3 ranked team in the state Friday, but in the end Decatur proved to be too strong as the Lady Eagles left town with a 3-0 victory to remain perfect in District 9-3A.
The Gainesville Lady Leopards varsity volleyball team lost a heartbreaker to Bridgeport Tuesday night, falling in five games.
