The 9-3A boys basketball All-District team has been released and a Gainesville Leopards senior was picked as the most outstanding player.

David Moore was named the District MVP after a stellar senior season leading the Leopards to a second-place finish and a playoff berth.

First team All-District selections included Gainesville seniors Denzel Johnson and De'Quan Wilford, along with juniors Demetrius Franklin and Jonathan Mendez.

Senior Chance Sikes was an honorable mention selection.

Five Leopards were named Academic All-District including Denzel Johnson, Chance Sikes, Ashton Neu, Jonathan Mendez and Devin Mims.
