The Gainesville Lady Leopards soccer team kept a hold on second place in District 9-4A with an 8-0 win over Wichita Falls Hirschi Friday night.

Gainesville has now won four in a row and 11 of their past 13 games.

Whytneigh Duffie and Jordan Garcia both had three goals for the Lady Leopards. Amanda Eddowes and Mario Catillo both added a goal, while Marisol Chavez had two assists.

The Lady Leopards, who are alone in second place in district, will host first-place Wichita Falls Rider Tuesday at Leopard Stadium. Rider tied Wichita Falls High 0-0 on Friday.
